1. For customers located in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, North Vancouver, West Vancouver of British Columbia, Canada, please call or text 604-908-2880 to order, No minimum order amount limit for free delivery. Most orders can be delivered in the same day or within 24 hrs due to the availability of the products.2. Free shipping for Canadian orders over CAD$60, All free shipping orders must be prepaid orders i.e. credit card orders.
3. Free shipping orders will be shipped by Canada Post Parcel service /Expedited Service for inkjet, toner, refill kits, fax ribbon orders within Canada Other shipping methods requested by customer will be charged accordingly to the customer.
4 For orders under CAD$60, flat rate shipping will be charged.
5. In most cases, ground shipping order will be delivered in 3 to 7 working days depends on the location, express order will be delivered in 1 to 3 days depends on location.
6 Blue Plume will try the very best to deliver every order in a reasonable time, however, we are not responsible or being liable for any shipping problems, delays and other conditions which are beyond the control of our company.
ABOUT WARRANTY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a full money back guarantee. For any reason you are not satisfied with your item we will exchange it or offer a refund of the price you paid, minus shipping charges. All returns should be in like new, resell-able condition or a restocking fee will apply.
- Return of Defective Products
Defective products must be informed to Blue Plume within 30 days of purchase and returned in original condition, including all original parts and packaging to Blue Plume or no refund/ replacement will be issued.
- Procedure for returning products
To return defective or unsatisfied products, please contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Only returns with RMA Number will be issued refund or replacement.
If the customer is eligible for refund, Blue Plume will issue credit thru the original form of payment. We reserve the right to apply 15% restocking charge (over 30 days of purchase), and shipping charges are not subject to refund unless the product is defective.

The electronic receipt customer received is an automated confirmation for your order, it does not indicate the approval of your order with us, we reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason.
- Payment Acceptance
For all credit card payments, approval from financial institutions is required, and we reserve the right to make further verification of the cardholder information. We are not liable if the financial institution refuse to honor the credit card for any reason. For check payment, we reserve the right to pre-approve the amount of the order, pre-arrange the payment date and/or specify payment terms. We reserve the right to charge the customer for any dishonor check resulted penalty from financial institution.

- All Canadian customers will be charged GST or HST. Customers from British Columbia will also be charged PST.
